For Tommy - My friend, family member, mentor and source of inspiration. Your time here was cut short by Metastatic Melanoma. You invited me to be part of your final journey. In those two years, you taught me a lifetime of lessons. As a result of your journey, I have committed myself to changing the way Palliative Care is done in our country. Tommy, all this I do in your honor.
