About Narus Health

Narus Health began as a personal journey and became a business. A journey that began in 2012 as Michael Burcham witnessed, first-hand, the challenges a family member faced as they were battling cancer.

He kept thinking 'there must be a better way.' One that focuses on patients and their families and considers their whole health and life. We had great physicians - but little information. We struggled with knowing what to expect, to manage symptoms, and to get answers to our many questions.

How We Help

We formed Narus Health for one main reason: to help people. We know that sounds simple enough. But when a person is going through a difficult medical journey, there is nothing simple about it. That’s why we’re here.

So, is it actually possible to help the patient while also making things better for other people involved in the patient’s care? We think so. We spent a lot of time developing a service for you. And by you, we mean the patient, the caregiver, the doctor, and anyone else closely involved.

Does participating with our care sound simple? We hope so. Because that’s our goal.
We simply want to partner with you to make your experience as easy as possible.

How We Do It

We become an advocate. First, we talk with you, the patient, to find out what challenges you’re facing. Then, we work with you to create a plan to help you fix those things. We then remain connected with you, the caregivers, the doctors, and any others, to help coordinate your care needs.

Of course, depending on whether you’re the patient, the caregiver, the doctor, the insurance company, the pharmacist, etc., you need different things from Narus Health. Don’t worry. We’ve planned for that.
